What is The Winchester Award? 

The Winchester Award is a prestigious, CPD-accredited certification that marks an establishment as a true sanctuary for neurodiverse talent. Unlike traditional consulting, our award is a long-term partnership. We use a rigorous, tiered framework: Bronze, Silver and Gold to guide schools and businesses through a total cultural shift. 

Our mission

Our goal is to bridge the employment gap by protecting the dignity of Neurodivergent minds. We aim to: 

• Safeguard individuals: Through our anonymous Reporting Portal, we provide a shield for employees, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met without fear. 
• Reform Environments: We help establishments ''Solve the Process'' by adjusting physical spaces and outdated corporate policies to fit the human, not the other way around. 
• Celebrate Brilliance: Through the Winchester Wall for businesses and our annual Neuro-Hero awards, we spotlight the incredible innovation that happens when different minds are given the space to thrive.
